Throughout the process from quote to completion, they were friendly, informative and most importantly highly skilled and knowledgeable. Their attention to detail and quality of finish was one of the most impressive aspects of their work, you felt like they were working on their own houses. The standard of work was very high. Other tradesmen who saw/have seen the work have also commented at the high standard. The team of contractors were professional, punctual and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them when changes/alterations were needed to be made during the work. All of the sub-contractors were polite and friendly. It was quite an ordeal with my 90 year old father living in the house whilst the work was in progress but at all times he was treated kindly.
